Our choice of Plus Rooms was really made by nothing more than the number of projects that were clearly being carried out in our area. That judgement alone proved very sound, From the moment their Sales Team walked across our threshold – we told them what we thought we wanted and they suggested what we actually wanted – it was clear they had all the relevant experience. Initial challenges with Planning Permission were taken out of our hands and within 24 hours of planning finally being granted the building team were in. The build phase was truly amazing. Despite the cold and dark winter months the guys, with our permission, worked 5.5 days a week, reliably starting early every day. Measurable progress could be seen each evening and the house was always left in a more than habitable state even though many tons of earth and soil had to be carried through. The build was completed ahead of schedule.
With a view to achieving a high-specification finish we also contracted the Plus Rooms Finishing Team. The very nature of all the tasks involved here meant the whole phase was never going to be quite as slick as the building works. But every single member of every single team would come with my highest recommendation for the professionalism of their work and the exceptionally high standard to which it was carried out.
The result? An almost stress free, beautiful addition to our living space which I hope we will be able to enjoy for many years to come. Thank you Plus Rooms.
