We are pleased with the side return Plus Rooms undertook for us. They were responsive and accommodating at the outset with any concerns we had. The builders were polite and very hard working. Having Plus Rooms oversee the whole project made things much easier. Unfortunately we encountered issues with our plans which needed to be resubmitted causing a delay to the project. However Plus Rooms said that they have amended this part of the process such that it is unlikely to happen again in the future. We were really impressed with how they showed an interest in our feedback after the build, clearly a company that takes pride in its work and is continually striving to improve.
We’d happily use them again and recommend them to others.
