Outstanding service from start to finish.
The quote at the beginning (after a COVID induced delay) was clearly laid out and showed what we could do. Moreover the quote in terms of cost, design and timeframe was met.
Planning and other permissions dealt with quickly and efficiently.
All trades were high quality and delivered moreorless on time with extras easily incorporated.
Project management was excellent with immediate responses to requests and multiple opportunities to discuss details on site and virtually.
Glazing design from Integral is beautiful.
We ended up with more than we had hoped for and the large scale extension has transformed our house.
The only issue. We hesitated when we should have jumped straight in with Plus Rooms and we could have had the joy of our new space much earlier. Don’t make the same mistake!!
