Having done an extension before, we know the mess, hassle and potential escalating costs that can come with it. That’s why we went with Plus Rooms – to make sure it was well-managed and smooth. And they didn’t disappoint.
From start to finish we were led through the build by our project manager and felt completely looked after. We had issues with the next door neighbour’s wall which Plus Rooms managed both quickly and creatively. All the trades involved were excellent, punctual and clearly well-used to working with each other – which no doubt saves time and effort. And we ended up finishing ahead of schedule.
If we ever do another extension then Plus Rooms will be at the top of the list.
