We hired Plus Rooms to do a side return extension, which included relocating a downstairs toilet and creating a utility room, as well as creating a big kitchen living space with bifold doors. It was a very smooth process for a building project, from start to finish. They kept to the 12 week schedule as they had planned within the schedule for any unforeseen issues that could arise. The costs were very clearly laid out, including areas where price could increase and why, to minimise any surprises for their clients which is extremely important. You would be very naive to not expect issues during a big build project, but Why I recommend Plus rooms is they are interested in working with you not against you to solve things, they are all about looking for solutions that leave you the customer happy. The building team we had was excellent they were tidy and it never felt like living on a building site even though we had sooo many different trades people on site during this time. Our project manager was excellent at answering the phone and helping us through this project, coming on site whenever necessary this is very important to any build project. I was not impressed with one of their trades people, and plus room were very professional and attentive to our concerns dealing with this. The snagging and finishing takes a little longer but worth it. I am very pleased with my new extension and would not hesitate to highly recommend Plus Rooms to anyone, we looked at 3 other companies and they were the only one we considered!
