Our experience with plus rooms has broadly been great. We had no prior experience of undertaking major construction work so it was really great to have a dedicated project manager to liaise with as well as a trusted set of tradespeople to take on the work.
As is inevitable with these things, there were some problems but they were all dealt with in a timely manner. Even nearly a year on as things come up, someone always answers the phone and comes round which is a big help.
I would recommend using the plus rooms team for sure.
