I’ve had a very good experience with Plus Rooms and it’s not often you hear that after undergoing a major building project! The setup and quality of customer care is really good, you’re looked after by an excellent project manager from start to finish and the communication is clear and helpful. I used them for the finishing (decoration) work as well as the build, and they really took care in getting all the details right, without making you feel like it’s any trouble when you point stuff out (or add a load of things as you go along like I did!) They took great pains to minimise disruption as we were living on site with young kids. Overall – and this goes a very long way towards making the experience a good one – everyone we dealt with from the builders to plumbers to electricians and the finishing team were really nice people and pleasant to deal with. Solution-orientated and positive and hardworking. A great company and deserving of its growth and success. Oh… and by the way my house looks banging!
