Plus Rooms carried out a side and rear extension to our Victorian end of terrace, with a reconfiguration on the ground floor to create a downstairs WC. The whole process from start to finish was managed smoothly and professionally and the team delivered the project to the highest standard.
I find the company to be well organised and good at communication, and the builders and the trades people they use are reliable, friendly and extremely hard working. We faced numerous minor and not so minor stumbling blocks along the way, but the project coordinator and the foreman always came up with solutions and sorted out the issues with ease and unquenchable positive energy.
Towards the end, the pace of response and action slowed down but I understand that Covid had a lot to answer for, and overall, we are overjoyed with our fabulous new kitchen extension.
