We used Plus Rooms to build a side return and kitchen extension to replace an existing conservatory. They are a very professional company and guided us through the process effectively. We had some issues around planning permission and the depth of foundations due to nearby trees, but Plus Rooms were proactive in helping us deal with these problems and found solutions that limited the additional costs accrued. The build phase of the work was carried out extremely well, with an excellent team who finished almost two weeks ahead of schedule. The team were also very conscientious when it came to respecting our neighbours. Like others, we have experienced a slightly slower pace of progress with the finishing team, but are hoping the project will be fully finished soon.
