We met and spoke with a number of companies when we embarked upon our side return extension. We went with Plus Rooms for a variety of reasons, from clear efficient presentation of the plan, a good understanding of our requirements, price and timetable. I must say, we were very impressed with the overall process. Its not 100% polished but we felt the team at Plus Rooms had things in hand and knew exactly what they were doing. The service was personal and we felt that our best interests and satisfaction were important. Its messy and disruptive work but not nearly as bad as we had expected and importantly for us, everything was completed in time, which was important for us scheduling other workmen and our relationships with our neighbours! The handover of the site to our own finishing team could have been better. Plastering was poor (we understand they are not using this plasterer anymore) and some other areas meant it cost us more than we had anticipated to get the job finished. This has been fed back. That said, overall we were very happy with our choice and the outcome of the work and in fact have recommended Plus Rooms to our friends who are also using them.
