Plus Rooms completed a full house refurbishment, kitchen extension and loft conversion for us to a high specification.
We had an excellent experience. They worked creatively with us on the design phase which helped us crystallise our ideas.
I believe the key to the success of the build phase was that we both took responsibility for our respective roles for this large project. We ensured we stayed on top of he project and made decisions when we had to allow the work to progress. The Plus Rooms team did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and effectively managed all of the additional features (cupboards, fitted wardrobes, complete re landscaping of the rear and front gardens etc) and change we wanted to add. The finishing team led by Alex were excellent. As with any build of this size and complexity there were a number of pressure points but these were worked through in a professional manner and resolved to all parties satisfaction. Post completion there have been one or two minor snagging problems and the Plus Rooms team have been very responsive and resolved these items very quickly. When we move house we will work with the team again.
